My uneasiness around committing to research and assessment became one of my greatest areas of growth. It presented it's own frustrations because of the flexibility it required but in reevaluating the gap in research around this topic area, there was an opportunity for me to develop core ownership of my efforts.

Learning outcome 7 is addressed here as I utilized assessment, evaluation, technology, and research to improve practice. I asked a pretty big question of the university, and then worked to find an answer for Campus Ministry.

In conjunction with this artifact, I wanted to share the following presentation and paper. They were created in the winter of 2014 to summarize findings of the qualitative and quantitative data I collected during my independent study.
